【摘要】 自然保护区立法问题在我国理论界、实务界早有广泛的讨论,但是一直未形成基本共识,其中在自然保护区立法名称上就存在着很大争议,本文通过全国人大在2006年制定并向社会公布的《自然保护地法》(草案征求意见稿)及《自然保护地区域》(征求意见稿草案)为基础,阐述"自然保护区"、"自然保护地"以及"自然保护区域"在相关法律及草案的特定含义及调整范围,并提出仍用"自然保护区"概念的原因,然后结合立法调整范围的论述,对我国的"自然保护区法"提出一些建议。更多还原
