唐朝《水部式》的主要内容及其评析

【摘要】 《水部式》是唐朝关于水资源管理的专门行政法规,对于水资源的利用、分配、节水等内容有着较为详细的规定,具有一定的历史先进性,同时也体现出其作为早期古代自然资源立法的历史局限性。
【Abstract】 The Water Department Regulations is the special administrative regulations on management of water resource in Tang Dynasty. It stipulates comparatively detailed the use and distribution of the water resource, the water saving and so on.. It has particular historical advance, but it also demonstrates the historical limitations as natural resource legislation in early ancient China.
