【Abstract】 Based on the summary of soil pollution control major existing legislation, the paper analyzes the current on soil pollution prevention legislative features and shortcomings, and advocates the formulation of a special Basic Law of soil pollution prevention. And, the paper introduces briefly the prevention legislation of foreign soil pollution in order to benefit for the Prevention legislation of the Soil Pollution in the China.更多还原
