【Abstract】 Soil pollution problem is a major problem facing by both China and other countries. Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Law is the legal protection of preventing soil pollution and maintaining soil safety. Such things are addressed as present soil pollution problems and the basic things of international, foreign countries’ and China’s soil pollution prevention and control laws, and also some suggestions to enhance China’s legislation of soil pollution prevent and control.更多还原
