【摘要】 当下关于我国《环境保护法》修改的各种意见、方案中,对《环境保护法》的地位、称谓、价值、原则、制度等的认识很不一致、不明确,如一些学者提到我国《环境保护法》应当对国家的环境政策予以宣示,但为何要宣示及宣示什么等却不甚明了。本文力图以环境公共政策为视角,对环境保护法修改中涉及的称谓、价值、原则、制度等进行研究,以期引致学界对这个问题的进一步关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently in the variety of opinions and plans for the revision of china’s “Environmental Protection law" the status, the terms, the value, the principles, the systems and so on of the “public law of environment” have not been recognized clearly and in agreement. For example, some scholars have claimed that china’s “Environmental Protection law” should give a declaration of the environment policy of the country. However, why and what to be declared about is not very clearly explained. This paper, from the view of the public policy of environment, makes a study of the terms, value, principles and systems involved in the revision of the “Environmental Protection law", hoping to attract attention to the question from the field.更多还原
