【Abstract】 From the access of capacity building to revise the PRC Environmental Protection Law is a new development. The system of capacity building includes a series of systems: setting up State Environmental Protection Found, Environmental Damages, Technology Transferring, Personnel Training and Public Participating. After set up the series of systems by revising the PRC Environmental Protection Law, the law will be more perfect and effective to be implemented.更多还原
