黄河三角洲滨海湿地海岸侵蚀灾害及风险

【摘要】 黄河三角洲是中国典型的滨海河口湿地,属粉砂淤泥质海岸,其侵蚀严重, 且具有明显的时空变化特征.北部刁口河故道入海口区蚀退,南部行水河口淤积.1990年后,泥沙供应量减少,除行水河口在有限范围内淤积外,沿岸大范围内普遍表现为蚀退.受黄河水沙量变化、沿岸海洋水动力条件及海岸地貌与人为因素影响,在海面上升、风暴潮、黄河断流等灾害风险因素作用下,黄河三角洲海岸侵蚀将加剧,滨海湿地将损失和退化.应系统全面认识海岸侵蚀的灾害风险及其复杂性,以期建立有效的防控体系,缓解侵蚀,抑制退化.

【Abstract】 Yellow River Delta is the typical coastal-estuarine wetland of China, and the coast belongs to silt muddy cotist. Its erosion is serious and the change has obvious temporal and spatial characteristic. In the north waters of delta,the coast of Diaokou outfall, which is the old course of Yellow river,is eroded and back to land. To the contrary,in the south coast of current outfall area occurs silting up. From 1990s to now, the sediment discharge in the Yellow River was becoming less and less, so the area of siltation is limited around of current course, and the erosion occurs at large area in coast. The erosion is influenced by several factors such as the volume of water and sand of Yellow River, marine coastal hydropower, coastal landform and human activities. With the risk factors of sea level rise, storm surge and break off of Yellow River etc, the coastal erosion would be aggravating, coastal wetland would be loss and degradation. We should systematically and roundly research the risk of disaster of coastal erosion and its complexity in order to establish an effective system of prevention and control for coastal erosion,and mitigate it and restrain the degradation of coastal wetland.
