灾害救援仿真模式研究

【摘要】 从灾害救援基本要素出发,在点状灾害、面状灾害和灾害救援基本单元等概念的基础上,从计算机仿真的角度,对各种可能的灾害应急救援仿真模式进行了探讨,为下一步的灾害应急救助计算机仿真研究奠定了基础.
【Abstract】 Emergency response is one of the all-important tasks for disaster emergency and risk management. Naturally, researchers from various communities focus their efforts on how to respond to an emergent disaster effectively and efficiently. Computer simulation method for emergency response is primarily introduced in this paper. Beginning with the basic elements of response emergency, including classification, time, space and intensity factors of emergent events and resources available for emergency response,are discussed. Then the basic concepts,single-particle disaster,multi-particles disaster,basic unit of disaster emergency rescue are described. Furthermore, the theoretical simulation modes are presented for rescuing of single-particle disaster globally scattered rescuing of multi-particles disaster, globally ordinal rescuing of multi-particles disaster, locally scattered rescuing of multi-particles disaster, combination rescuing of multi-particles disaster and rescuing of outsize multi-particles disaster, respectively. These modes studied in this paper will become a fundamental effort to research further on the quantitive simulation for emergency response.
