【Abstract】 Nowadays,crisis management has been a hot research spot. In an information society, facing the unfolding crisis incident and limited time, it is important to form a timely crisis management response mode. While workflow technology have typically been proposed for automating formal business procedures, this paper presents a novel application of workflow technology to government crisis management, discusses the potential benefit of workflow technology in government crisis management. At last forms the basal government crisis management mode based on workflow technology under the informatization background. Results indicate that the ability of workflow technology to coordinate, monitor, organize and distribute specific tasks and the associated required information in a timely and efficient manner appears to make it an ideal tool for strategic government crisis management.更多还原
