GIS平台在地震应急指挥系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 中国地震局系统已经或正在建设大量用于抗震救灾的信息化业务系统,这些业务系统中不同程度的都需要GIS功能的支持,为了避免GIS部分的重复建设、资金浪费,数据不统一、没有信息交互共享,各部门分别建设GIS以致系统建设和维护困难,本文提出了地震应急GIS平台的概念．本文对GIS平台的概念、结构、功能、作用做了阐述,同时对地震应急指挥系统的结构及GIS平台在该系统中的应用进行了探讨．
【Abstract】 Earthquake emergency command system composed of lots of subsystems is the core for mitigating earthquake disaster. Geographic Information System ( GIS) which has lots of geographical browse, query and analyse functions is necessary for the building of earthquake emergency subsystems. This paper discusses the concept, content, structure, function and excellence of GIS Plat, and research the application of GIS Plat for earthquake emergency command system.
