遥感技术在地震灾害风险评估中的应用研究

【摘要】 地震灾害风险评估是在特定时间特定区域内对地震灾害进行的风险评估,从影响地震发生的区域地质背景到承受地震灾害的建筑物,生命线,人口以及经济活动等承灾体,都具有时空分布的特征.遥感是获取时空数据的有效手段,通过遥感可以获取区域基础地理数据、地震地质专业数据、震后快速获取灾区破坏影像并进行部分承灾体破坏程度的快速解译;而地理信息系统则是表征和分析时空数据的计算机技术系统,借助于GIS技术建立地震灾害风险评估系统,整合遥感数据资源和地震专家知识,从而实现地震灾害风险有效和快速评估,为风险区备震和震后紧急救援提供决策依据.本文详细阐述了地震风险评估的内涵,介绍了遥感技术在地震风险评估中的应用.

【Abstract】 Seismic disaster risk assessment means to evaluate the risk of the seismic disaster in particular time and particular area. The factors of the seismic, not only the geological background in the area but also the architecture and life line bearing the damage, appear the time-space distributed characters. Remote sensing is one of the most effective methods to obtain the geographic data. Several types of geographic data can be obtained by remote sensing. The area foundational geographic and seismic geologic data can be extracted from the remote sensing images. After the earthquake, the damage condition of the disaster area can be fast interpreted from the remote sensing image. While GIS provide an effective way to represent and analyze the space-time data. Building a seismic disaster risk evaluation system by GIS, integrating the remote sensing image with seismic expert knowledge, can help to realize a fast and effective evaluation of the seismic disaster risk, and provide evidence of making the decision in antiseismic activation and critical rescue. The intension of the seismic disaster risk was discussed in the thesis. And on the basis of the discussion, the research conditions of the applications of remote sensing in seismic disaster risk assessment were introduced.
