基于地理信息系统的交通疏散模型及其应用(英文)
A GIS-queue Model and Its Application to Regional Evacuation

【摘要】 911恐怖袭击给我们的社区安全再次敲起警钟,同时也使我们更加关切这样一个问题:在类似的灾难面前,当地政府如何确保社区群众的安全,区域安全疏散计划是确保人们生命财产安全的最后一道屏障。本文采用Gawron提出的排队模型模拟灾害发生时交通的聚集及疏散,并采用地理信息系统控件NetEngine用于优化疏散时交通流的优化和调配。本文最后给出一个简单的疏散实例。
【Abstract】 The event of Sept. 11 reveals that bombs and terrorists may occur somewhere in our urban region. Evacuation is extremely crucial for saving the lives of the people at risk. A simulation queue model developed by Gawron has been adopted for transportation evacuation predictions under emergency conditions. Despite its simplicity, it can capture the congestion and spillback of rush hour’s traffic. In this article, a GIS-queue model is developed on the basis of Gawron’s traffic simulation model which is integrated with NetEngine, a Geometrical Information System (GIS) component, for network analysis. With the optimized algorithm in the NetEngine, the model can performance optimization. A simple example illustrate the credibility of the model.
