【Abstract】 By meta-cognitive strategy we mean a general management of procedures for effective learning of a foreign language such as planning,monitoring and evaluating.This paper explores the theoretical background of meta-cognitive strategy and its significance and function in promoting foreign language learning and teaching.The paper also suggests the necessity and feasibility of applying meta-cognitives trategy in college English listening to facilitate efficient listening ability.更多还原
