单向静载拉伸下合金钢表面的磁记忆效应

【摘要】 在地磁场环境下,对18CrNi4A钢进行单向静载拉伸实验,采用磁记忆方法检测试件表面磁场强度法向分量Hp(y)值。通过实验研究了静栽拉伸过程中18CrNi4A钢板状试件Hp(y)值的变化规律,以及Hp(y)曲线斜率的绝对值|k|与拉伸载荷F之间的对应关系,并结合位错缺陷和磁畴的相互作用理论对试验现象加以解释。且根据实验结果,讨论了采用磁记忆方法检测铁磁性构件表面应力状态的可行性。
【Abstract】 Static tension tests of 18CrNi4A were carried out for research.Metal magnetic memory testing (MMMT) technology was applied in detecting the normal component of scattering magnetic field intensity (Hp(y)) of the samples under the excitation of geomagnetic field.In this paper,the regularity of Hp(y) values changing with the static load and position was studied,Meanwhile,the relation between the absolute value (|k|) of slope coefficient of the Hp (y) curves and static load was indicated.Additionally,the interact theory of dislocation and magnetic domain was used to explain the mechanism of MMMT.Moreover,the feasibility of MMMT applied in detecting stress distribution of ferromagnetic components was discussed.
