稀土La对5CrMnMo钢QPQ渗层组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 QPQ低温盐浴复合处理技术是一种可以同时大幅度提高金属表面的耐磨性、抗蚀性,而且工件几乎不变形的新的金属表面强化技术。为提高QPQ的效率,进一步改善渗层质量,在QPQ中加入适量稀土,采用QPQ低温盐浴复合处理技术对5CrMnMo钢进行表面改性处理。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了5crMnMo处理后的表面金相显微组织和表面形貌、氮化层深度,利用X射线荧光能谱进行渗层断面元素分析,采用401MVA型显微维氏硬度计测量试样显微硬度,在M-2000型磨损试验机上进行滑动磨损试验。结果表明,加入适量的稀土可以显著提高5CrMnMo钢的硬度及耐磨性。

【Abstract】 The wear-resistance,corrosion resistance,hardness can be greatly increased by using low temperature QPQ complex salt-bath treatment.And it is a new strengthening method without distortion in the treating process.In order to improve the production effieieney and the quality of the layer,the RE was used in the QPQ process.The surface of 5CrMnMo steel was treated using this method.The microstructure and depth of the treated surface for the steel were analyzed using SEM.The component were analyzed using X-ray diffraction,The sliding wear resistance was tested on the M -2000 tester and the micro-hardness was tested using 401MVA microscopy hardness tester.The results showed that the thickness and the wear resistance and the speed of nitriding was highly improved and the performance of nitriding layer and the nitriding structure was improved.
