氮强化埋弧硬面药芯焊丝及性能研究

【摘要】 用氮代替碳改善硬面合金材料的综合性能已成为重要新途径.本文研制出了一种焊接工艺性能优良的氮强化埋弧硬面药芯焊丝,对焊态和不同热处理温度下堆焊层金属试样进行了组织、硬度和耐磨性能等试验分析,结果表明:堆焊层金属硬度分布均匀;显微组织为马氏体和Ti、V、Cr碳氮化物的复合物;堆焊层金属中分布均匀细小的碳氮化物质点,有良好的耐磨性能、稳定性和抗高温回火性能。
【Abstract】 The nitrogen can greatly improve combination property of hardfacing alloy instead of the carbon,which was used as an important new way.A good welding performance of nitrogen alloying submerged-arc hardfacing flux cored wire had been developed,and the microstructure,degree of hardness and wear-resisting property of its deposited metal samples at as-welded and different heat treatment temperatures were also investigated.The results show that,the hardness of the hardfacing metal is homogeneously distributed;the microstructure is martensite and the complex carbonitride of Ti,V and Cr,and the hardfacing metal with homogeneous distribution of very fme carbonitride particles have fine wear-resisting property,stability and high temperature resistant temper performance.
