通过冷喷涂Ni/Al复合涂层热扩散制备镍铝金属间化合物涂层

【摘要】 以Ni与Al原子比为1:1的镍铝混合粉末为喷涂粉末,通过冷喷涂在IN738镍基高温合金基体上制备Ni//Al复合涂层,EDS分析表明,复合涂层中的Ni和Al的原子比约为2:3。对复合涂层进行热扩散处理,采用扫描电镜观察涂层的断面组织,结果表明,热扩散涂层组织均匀并且致密。XRD分析结果表明,Ni/ Al复合涂层经热扩散处理后,涂层内部主要是Ni2Al3,与涂层的原始成分基本相当,这表明热扩散处理原位反应可以获得金属间化合物涂层。
【Abstract】 Ni/Al composite coating was deposited on the super -alloy Inconel 738 substrate by cold spraying using Ni/Al.mixed powder with atomic ratio 1:1.The microstructure,composition and phase composition of the Ni/Al composite coating and NiA1 thermal-diffused coatings was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,EDS and X-ray diffraction analysis.EDX analysis shows that Ni and A1 atomic ratio is roughly 2:3 in the composite coating.After thermal diffusion treatment,Ni/A1 composite coating with atomic ratio 1:1 converts to NiA1 intermetallic compound coating.The results show that Ni/Al composite coating converted to NiAI intermetallic compound coating composed of Ni2Al3 after thermal-diffused treatment.
