Er3+单掺与Er3+/Yb3+双掺重金属氟氧化物玻璃的光谱性质
The Spectroscopic Properties of Er3+ , Er3+ /Yb3+ Co-doped Heavy Metal Oxyfluoride Glass

【摘要】 用高温熔融法制备了Er3+单掺与Er3+/Yb3+双掺重金属氟氧化物玻璃,研究了玻璃样品的热稳定性,测试了不同浓度掺杂下Er3+离子的吸收光谱、荧光光谱。应用Judd-Ofelt理论计算了各样品的强度参数Ω(t=2,4,6).计算了理论振子强度、实验振子强度、自发跃迁几率、荧光分支比及辐射寿命,由荧光光谱计算了荧光半高宽,分析了Er3+离子掺杂浓度对其光谱特性的影响。
【Abstract】 The Er3+ , Er3+ /Yb3+ co-doped heavy metal oxyfluoride glasses were prepared by melting method. The thermal stability of the glasses was investigated by their DTA curves. Absorption spectra and emission spectra were measured with different concentrations of Er3+ , Er3+ /Yb3+ co-doped heavy metal oxyfluoride glasses. The Judd-Ofelt intensity parametersΩr (t = 2,4,6), oscillator strength, transition probability, fluorescence branch and radiative lifetime were determined from optical-absorption measurements. The FWHM was estimated from the fluorescence spectra, and the spectroscopic properties on concentrations of Yb3+ were analyzed.
