掺Tm3+锗酸盐玻璃的光谱参数计算

【摘要】 用高温熔融法制备了Tm3+(0.5 mol%)离子掺杂65GeO2-8Li2O-5La2O3-10BaO-12Ga2O3和65GEO2-8Li2O- 5La2O3-10BaF2-12AlF3(摩尔分数)玻璃,并测试了玻璃的吸收光谱和折射率与密度等参数。根据吸收特性及测得的一些物化参数,应用Judd-Ofeh理论计算了Tm3+离子在上述玻璃中的强度参数(Ω2,Ω4,Ω6)及Tm3+各能级的自发跃迁几率、荧光分支比以及辐射寿命等光谱参量。
【Abstract】 Glasses with the compositions of 65GeO2-8Li2O-5La2O3-10BaO-12Ga2O3 and 65GeO2-8Li2O-5La2O3-10BaF2-12AlF3(molar ratio) doped with Tm3+ (0.5 mol%) were fabricated by conventional melting method. The absorption spectra, density, and refractive index of the glasses were measured. According to the Judd-Ofelt theory, the Judd-Ofelt strength parameters(Ω2,Ω4,Ω6) were calculated in terms of the characteristics of the absorption spectra and the physical-chemical properties of the glasses, by which the radiative transition probabilities, fluorescence branching ratios and radiative lifetimes were obtained.
