掺Dy3+的Ge-Ga-S玻璃上转换发光性质的研究

【摘要】 采用熔融-猝冷法制备了Dy3+掺杂的Ge-Ga-S玻璃样品,用差热分析法分析了玻璃的热学稳定性,研究了该玻璃样品的吸收光谱性质。应用Judd-Ofelt理论计算了Dy3+的振子强度、自发辐射跃迁几率、辐射寿命、荧光分支比等光谱参数,并拟合了相应的强度参数Ωt(t=2,4,6)。探讨了862 nm波长激发下玻璃上转换发光的机理,以及掺杂离子浓度与上转换发光强度的关系。结果表明862 nm激光泵浦掺杂0.5 wt%Dy3+的玻璃样品,可以观察到很强的576 nm 的黄光,对应于Dy3+:4F9/2→6H13/2的跃迁。

【Abstract】 Dy3+ -doped Ge-Ga-S glasses were prepared by the conventional melt-quenching technology, and the thermo-sta-bilities of samples were studied by differential scanning colourimetry (DSC). Optical absorption properties of glass samples have been investigated. The intensity parameters Ωt(t = 2,4,6), oscillator strengths, transition probabilities, exited state lifetimes and the branching ratios have been predicted for Dy3+ ions in samples by using the Judd-Ofelt theory. The upconversion emission of the glass under 862 ran excitation and the dependence of the Dy3+ concentration were also discussed. It was found that 0.5 wt% Dy3+ -doped sample exist the strong yellow upconversion fluorescence at 576 nm by exciting with 862 nm LD, which corresponding to 4F9/2→6H13/2 transition.
