长余辉发光玻璃复合材料的结构状态与发光性能

【摘要】 采用SrAl2O4:Eu,Dy发光粉体和(30-x)SrO·(16+x)Al2O3·30B2O3·12SiO2·12Na2O玻璃粉体,通过烧结的方法合成了发光玻璃复合材料。利用XRD、SEM和荧光分光光度计,研究了复合材料的结构状态与发光性能。结果表明,复合材料的发光来自于分散在玻璃母体中的发光粉颗粒,并且其发光强度随玻璃体成分中Al2O3含量的增加而增强。通过磷光体颗粒与玻璃体之间界面上可能发生的固相反应讨论了这种现象;同时通过改变合成温度和气氛探讨了合成条件对复合体发光性能的影响,处于玻璃态环境中的发光粉体的发光强度受合成条件的影响较大,而波长位置只是在氧化气氛条件下,使发光峰峰值位置明显蓝移,其余条件下发射峰位置不变。

【Abstract】 Long afterglow glass composite were synthesized using SrAl2O4: Eu, Dy phosphor and (30 - x ) SrO · (16 + x) Al2O3 · 30B2O3 · 12SiO2· 12Na2Oglass by sintering method. The structure state and luminescence of the composite were studied with XRD, SEM and fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results indicate that the luminescence of composite is ascribed to the phosphor grains in glass matrix, and the luminescence intensities increase as Al2O5 content in glass matrix increasing. The , solid reaction on interphase of phosphor grains and glass matrix was discussed. At the same time, the affect of synthetic conditions on the luminescent properties of composite were investigated changing synthetic temperature and atmosphere. It is included that the luminescence intensities of the phosphors surrounded by glass matrix were varied with synthetic conditions, and the main emission peak was not changed. But the location of emission peak was shifted towards blue light under oxidative atmosphere.
