溶胶凝胶TiO2-PI杂化薄膜的结构及其光催化性能
Microstructure and Photocatalytic Property of TiO2-PI Hybrid Film via Sol-gel Process

【摘要】 介绍溶胶凝胶过程原位聚合TiO2-PI(聚酰亚胺)杂化薄膜,利用聚酰亚胺的热稳定性,以及其在锐钛矿形成阶段的可塑性,减少薄膜与玻璃基体界面的应力,增加一次镀膜的薄膜厚度和光催化效应。研究采用旋转法镀膜,用DTA- TG、IR、XRD、椭偏仪等分析研究了杂化结构的形成、有机-无机相之间的结合、晶相结构、薄膜厚度,并用甲基橙的降解率表征杂化薄膜的光催化性能。研究表明TiO2-PI薄膜的一次镀膜厚度可达300nm以上,其光催化效应显著高于纯 TiO2薄膜。
【Abstract】 TiO2-PI (polyimide) hybrid film,prepared by sol-gel process find in-situ polymerization, is capable of releasing the stress between the film and the glass substrate. This effect is considered resulting from the thermal stability and plasticity of polyimide during the anatase crystallizing, which in favor of increasing the film thickness and the photocatalytic activity. The hybrid microstructure, the bonding state between organic phase and inorganic phase, crystalline phase and the film thickness were measured and analyzed by DTA-TG, FT-IR, XRD, AFM and elliptical polarization instrument. The thickness of TiO2-PI film can reach to 300 ran by a single film formation, and the corresponding photocatalytic capability is obviously higher than that of pure TiO2
