多孔纳米二氧化钛薄膜的制备及其光催化活性

【摘要】 本文采用溶胶凝胶法在普通玻璃基片上成功制备了多孔纳米二氧化钛薄膜。用扫描电镜对薄膜的表面形貌进行了表征,同时利用XRD谱图对其晶型结构进行分析,结果表明,加水量、升温速度等因素对薄膜的质量都有影响。光催化实验表明:多孔纳米二氧化钛薄膜的催化效果最好,120min内甲基橙降解率可达到98%。
【Abstract】 Nanocrystalline titania porous films were prepared on glass substrates by sol-gel method. The surface morphology of the films and crystal phase were characterized by SEM and X-ray diffraction. The results show that many factors have infection to the quality of TiO2 films. For example, the quantity of adding water, the speed of rising temperature and so on. In the experiment of photocatalytic degradation, the photocatalytic activity of nanocrystalline titania porous films was the best, the degradation rate of which was 98% in 120min.
