复合聚合物CTNI/PMMA薄膜的制备及传输损耗的研究

【摘要】 合成了一种新型有机金属配合物:[C16H33(CH3)3N]Ni(dmit)2(简称为CTNI),通过旋涂法制备了不同质量比的复合聚合物CTNI/PMMA薄膜,分析和讨论了多种测量聚合物薄膜光传输损耗的方法,并用视频摄像技术测量了其光传输损耗。视频摄像技术具有测量装置简单、准确、实时、非接触等优点,测量结果表明,对8%wt掺杂浓度的CTNI/PMMA聚合物复合薄膜的光传输损耗为3.001dB/cm,随着CTNI在复合聚合物薄膜中浓度的增加,薄膜的光传输损耗线性增长。
【Abstract】 a novel dmit2- salt: (Hexadecyltrimethylammonium)- bis(4,5-dithiolato-1,3-dithiole-2-thione)copper, abbreviated as HTCu, is synthesized .The composite polymer films HTCU/PMMA are prepared by spin-coating method and the propagation losses of the composite polymer HTCU/PMMA films are measured by photographic technique which is simple both in construction and during the measurement. Such a configuration enables us to determine the propagation losses without considering the coupling efficiency into and out of the guide and of the laser fluctuation and it is a real-time, non-contact, accurate method. The propagation losses of HTCU/PMMA composite polymer films with five different guest concentrations are measured, and the results are consistent with the theoretical analysis. At last the method and results are discussed.
