锂-铝-硼酸盐玻璃的制备及结构研究

【摘要】 采用熔融急冷法制备Li2O-Al2O3-B2O3系统玻璃,通过DSC测试表明该组成的玻璃的转变温度较低。X-射线衍射分析得出该组成的成玻璃性能良好,成玻璃范围较宽,傅立叶变换红外吸收光谱(FT-IR)研究表明玻璃中有[BO3]、[BO4]、[Al04]、[AlO6]等结构基团,且随着B2O3含量的变化,发生了“硼反常”现象。
【Abstract】 The Li2O-Al2O3-B2O3 glass was prepared by abrupt cooling method; DSC test showed that transition temperature of glass was low. XRD indicated that the performance of glass forming was very good and the extension was very wide. The test of FT-IR provided that characteristic absorption peak of [BO3]、[BO4]、[AlO4]、[AlO6] is appeared and with change of B2O3 content the boron anomaly occurred.
