B2O3-ZnO-V2O5玻璃析晶过程的研究

【摘要】 本文运用DTA、XRD 等分析手段,对摩尔比为(100-x)[0.33B2O3-0.67ZnO]-xV2O5,其中x=0,5,10,15,20,的五个低熔点玻璃的析晶过程进行了研究。研究结果发现,这五个玻璃在热处理过程中析出的晶相相继为Zn3(BO32,Zn2V2O7和ZnB2O4。随着V2O5含量的增加,玻璃网络连接强度被削弱,玻璃的Tg 温度,每种晶相对应的析晶峰(Tp)和熔化峰温度(Tm)都明显出现向低温移动的趋势。V2O5的引入还使得Zn3(BO32所对应的析晶峰强度随着V2O5含量的不断增加而逐渐减弱,在x≥15的玻璃析出晶相中没有发现Zn3(BO32的存在;同时在x≥10玻璃析出的晶相中发现了Zn2V2O7晶相。根据DTA 分析结果,本文研究的玻璃表现出明显的表面析晶特征。

【Abstract】 The crystallization process of (100-x)[0.33B2O3-0.67ZnO]-xV2O5,where x=0,5,10,15 and 20 were investigated by DTA and XRD.This investigation shows that Zn3(BO32,Zn2V2O7 and ZnB2O4 are the three crystalline phases which precipitated during heat-treatmentof the glasses.With increasing V2O5 content,the glass transit temperature Tg,thecrystallization temperature Tp and melting temperature Tm of each crystalline phase decrease, that come from the decrease of the interconnection degree of the structure units and theweakening of the network linkage of the glass.With V2O5 addition,the crystallization ofZn3(BO32 becomes weaker,and disappears during heat-treatment of the glasses with x≥15.However,Zn2V2O7 has been detected among the crystalline phases of glasses with x≥10V2O5 addition.DTA study reveals that the crystallization of the galss has been controlled bysurface process.
