环氧树脂水性化方法的研究进展

【摘要】 本文介绍了环氧树脂水性化的几种主要方法:直接乳化法、相反转法、化学法、固化剂法。并分析了影响环氧树脂乳化效果的几种主要因素:乳化剂的化学结构及其浓度、用量、乳液粒径、环氧树脂的分子量、加水量、温度等。最后介绍了水性环氧树脂乳液在玻璃钢/复合材料中的应用。
【Abstract】 Several main methods of aqueous epoxy resin and the application of latex were reviewed. The methods included the direct emulsification, phase reversion, emulsificating itself and emulsificating in curing agent. And several factors influencing water-borne effect were analyzed including the dimension and mass of the emulsification agent, dimension of latex, molecular weight of epoxy resin, weight percent of water and temperature.
