新型陶瓷用高分子分散剂的制备及结构与性能研究

【摘要】 根据高分子分散剂作用机理及结构设计原则,以马来酸酐(MA)、聚乙二醇2000(PEG200)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为原料,以过硫酸钾(KPS)作引发剂,通过半酯化及溶液聚合反应制备出低相对分子的水溶性高分子聚合物PMPA,探讨了工艺条件对陶瓷悬浮体系性质的影响。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描(DSC)及凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等手段对聚合物的结构、结晶形态、玻璃化转变行为以及相对分子质量及其分布进行了表征。研究表明:单体配比为1:8,反应2.5h,引发剂添加量为单体质量的1%, 反应温度80℃,可得到重均相对分子为3445的水溶性高分子,具有非晶结构形态,其玻璃化转变温度为114℃。

【Abstract】 The copolymer of methacrylic acid - maleic anhydride-polyethyleneglycol (200) single ester (PMPA) with low relative molecular mass and water solubility were synthesized by the esterification and solution polymerization which was based on the mechanisms and molecular structure of dispersant. The effects of formula and technology on characteristic of suspension system of ceramic were studied. The structure characteristics were studied by FT-IR、XRD、DSC and GPC. The experimental results show that PMPA has the low relative molecular mass of 3445g/mol with the monomer ratio 1:8 of methacrylic acid -maleic anhydride-polyethyleneglycol (200) and KPS 1wt% (based on the total reaction mass) at 80t for 2.5h. XRD and DSC have shown the amorphous structure of copolymer with the 114℃ of glass transition temperature.
