水热法合成LiFePO4及其电化学性能研究

【摘要】 LiFePO4是一种新型的锂离子电池的活性正极材料,本实验采用水热法制备了纯相的LAFePO4粉体并对其进行了电化学性能研究。实验发现,合成的LiFePO4结晶性良好,平均粒径为2.147μm而且粒径分布窄。电池充放电测试表明,该LAFePO4具有良好的电化学性能:首次充放电比容量分别为131mAh/g和124mAh/g,充放效率为94.7%,循环50次后,放电比容量仍高达112mAh/g,容量损失仅为10.7%。

【Abstract】 LiFePO4 is a new type cathode material of lithium-ion betery. LiFePO4 was synthesized by hydrothermal methods and its electrochemical performance was investigate 1 in terms of cycling behavior. It was found that the LiFePO4had better crystalline structure and particle size was 2.147um.In the charge-discharge test, the LiFePO4 showed better electrochemical performance. Its first specific charge and discharge capacities were 131mAh/g and 124mAh/g. The efficient was 94.7%. After 50 cycles, its discharge capacity was 112mAh/g, the loss of the capacity was 10.7%.
