Ba1-xPrxCoO3阴极材料的制备和性能研究

【摘要】 用湿化学法制备出系列阴极材料Ba1-xPrxCoO3(X=0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6)。SEM研究表明,Pr离子掺杂到一定量时,会抑制晶粒长大,减少阴极的孔隙率。电学性能研究表明,在所测量的温度范围内,x=0.6的样品电导率较低,阴极过电位较大。x=0.5的样品电导率最大,阴极过电位最低,更适合做Y掺杂BaCeO3电解质的阴极材料。
【Abstract】 A series of Cathode materials Ba1-xPrxCoO3(x=0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6) were prepared using wet chemical method. SEM results show that the grains growth was suppressed and the porosity of the cathode was reduced when the Pr ions dopant reaches a content .The electrical properties show that, in the range of measured temperatures, the sample with x=0.6 have lower conductivity and higher overpotential. The sample with x=0.5 presents a maximum conductivity and a minimum overpotential, which is suitable for use as the cathode material for Y-doped BaCeO3 based solid electrolyte.
