铁掺杂对SrCoO3-δ基透氧材料结构和性能的影响

【摘要】 通过对SrCo1-xFexO3-δ(x=0-0.2)的电导率和氧渗透率的测量研究了铁掺杂在抑制SrCoO3-δ的相变中的作用。对于SrCoO3-δ,其电导率和氧渗透率在830-920℃范围内出现滞后。当掺入10mol%Fe时,电导率在600℃附近仍存在滞后现象,但滞后的温度范围和幅度与SrCoO3-δ相比已经大大下降。当Fe掺杂量增至20mol%时,已没有观察到电导率和氧渗透率的热滞后现象。采用Fe替代Co可以将高温相立方钙钛矿结构部分或完全稳定至室温,但这是以电子电导率和氧渗透率的下降为代价的。
【Abstract】 The role of iron doping in inhibiting the phase transition in SrCoO3-δ and its effects on electrical conductivity and oxygen permeability were examined. For SrCoO3-δ, a hysteresis in electrical conductivity and oxygen permeation flux occurred at 830-920℃. On doping of 10 mo1% Fe, the hysteresis in the electrical conductivity still existed at around 600℃, but its extent became much smaller. In the case of doping with 20 mo1% Fe, no hysterisis was observed, indicating that the high temperature cubic phase had been completely stabilized to room temperature. Substitution of iron for cobalt in SrCoO3-δ led to the decrease in the electrical conductivity and the oxygen permeability.
