SrCe1-xYbxO3-α粉体结构和紫外光谱研究

【摘要】 利用溶胶-凝胶法合成了SrCe1-xYbxO3-a(x=0-0.20)系列粉体,运用XRD和UV-Vis研究了它们的结构变化和电子跃迁的禁带宽度。XRD表明掺杂后晶格都有不同程度的变形,单胞体积变小,其中SrCe0.95Yb0.05O3-a的晶格变形最大,单胞体积最小。UV-Vis结果显示掺杂的样品中,SrCe0.95Yb0.05O3-a的禁带宽度最大,电子导电能力最差。
【Abstract】 SrCe1-xYbxO3-a(x=0-0.20) powders were prepared by sol-gel method and their structure changes and band-gap energies of electron transition were researched by XRD and UV-Vis. XRD results indicated that the lattices of the doped samples were distorted at the different extent and the unit-cell volume became smaller than SrCeO3. Among these samples, the lattice distortion of SrCe0.95Yb0.05O3-a was the biggest and the unit-cell volume of SrCe0.95Yb0.05O3-a was the smallest. UV-Vis results showed that SrCe0.95Yb0.05O3-a in the doped samples had the highest band-gap energies and the lowest electron conductivity.
