超级电容器电极材料α-MnO2·nH2O的制备及特性

【摘要】 本文利用化学共沉淀法制得水合MnO2粉末用于超级电容器电极材料。XRD分析结果表明,该样品主晶相为α-Mn2·nH2。以该粉末作为活性物质制成电极,考察其电化学性能,循环伏安结果表明电极在0.5mol/LNa2SO4溶液中,-0.2-0.9V(SCE)电位范围内,表现出良好的电容性能,30次循环后其比容量稳定在160F/g。以5mA/cm2电流对MnO2电极做恒流充放电测试,其比容量可达173.2F/g,经500次循环,比容量保持89%以上。
【Abstract】 Hydrous MnO2 powder used as electrode materials for supercapacitors was synthesized by chemical co-precipitation method. The result of XRD shows that the main crystal structure of the sample is a -MnO2·nH2O.The MnO2 electrodes were fabricated by using those powder as active substance and their electrochemical properties were studied. Cyclic voltammetrys(vs.SCE) give ideal capacitor behavior between -0.2 and 0.9V in 0.5mol2·L- 1Na2SO4 with a constant specific capacitance after 30 cycles of about 160F/g. By 5mA/cm2 constant current charge/discharge, MnO2 electrode can provide a specific capacitance of 173.2F/g. After 500 cycles, specific capacitance maintains above 89%.
