Ni0.2Al0.8Mn2-xCoxO4的制备和对氧还原电催化性能研究

【摘要】 采用共沉淀法合成过渡金属草酸盐化合物前驱体,在370℃热解前驱体获得系列复合氧化物Ni0.2Al0.8Mn2-xCoxO4(O≤x≤0.8)作氧还原电极催化剂,用红外光谱(IR)及x-射线衍射(XRD)测试对材料进行了定性分析,采用线性电位扫描和锌空气电池放电测试研究了催化剂对氧还原反应的催化活性。结果表明,低温热解可以获得活性较高的催化剂,在碱性介质中,钴含量为x=0.6时对氧还原的电催化活性最高。
【Abstract】 A series of Ni0.2Al0.8Mn2-xCoxO4 (0≤x≤0.8) compounds were prepared by thermal decomposition co-precipitation of metal oxalates procedures dissolved in ethanol at 370℃ based on the TG analysis. It was investigated that the structure and the electrocatalytic activity for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) by IR, XRD and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV). Results indicated that the series of Ni0.2Al0.8Mn2-xCoxO4 (0≤x≤0.8) compounds decomposed by lower temperature exhibited better electrocatalytic activity for oxygen reduction reaction, and it has maximum electrocatalytic activity for x=0.6 in alkaline electrolyte.
