膨胀石墨处理毛纺厂印染废水的应用研究

【摘要】 膨胀石墨是一种新型的多孔碳质吸附材料。它具有发达的孔系结构,对于大分子的物质如重油具有超大的吸附能力。在研究膨胀石墨用于环境废水处理中,为了保证膨胀石墨在使用时不会破碎变形,将膨胀石墨加压制成低密度板后用于处理毛纺厂印染废水,静态条件下,废水中COD的平均去除率达到了40%,色度平均降低40%。现场应用时,废水中COD的平均去除率达到20%,色度平均降低20%。现场实验表明,膨胀石墨在毛纺印染废水的处理中有其独特的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Exfoliated Graphite (EG) is a kind of new porous carbon-based adsorption material. EG has developed porous structureand thus has large adsorption capacity on materials with large molecules such as heavy oil, etc. In this paper, worm-like particles werepressed to low-density plate of 0.1g/cm3 and it was used to filter sewage from woolen mill. At static state, the decreasing rate of chemicaloxygen demanded-dichromate(COD) is as high as 40% and so does the chroma.Experiment at dynamic state showed that both thedecreasing rate of COD and chroma are down to 20%. Experiment results reveal that exfoliated graphite has features which can be usedto the treatment of sewage from woolen mill.
