医用微型玻璃电极的结构与特性

【摘要】 医用微型玻璃电极采用固体可逆接触式结构,直径2mm,长约7-8mm,用于测定人体胃液pH值与电位差,可诊断胃病与早期发现胃癌.本文研究了微型玻璃电极的敏感玻璃成分与性质,在Li2O-La2O3-SiO2系统中加入2mol%Ta2O5可提高敏感玻璃的耐水性与电导率.电极在pH1~9范围内具有良好的Nernst响应性,酸误差比较小,而且重现性和稳定性均比较好,电势随时间的漂移率的为1.5mv/h.对25只大白鼠胃液的pH值和电位差进行了规定,并与PB-20型Sartorius AG酸度计比较,大白鼠胃液pH测量范围为2~5,平均偏差±0.2,而人体正常胃液酸度范围为pH2~3,由此判断电极用于人体胃液的测定是可能的.

【Abstract】 The medical micro type glass electrodes with reversible solid internal contact are used for pH value and potentialdifference determination in mortal stomach juice, so that gastropathy and stomach pre-cancer can be earlydetected. The diameter of such electrodes is 2mm,and the length is 7~8mm.The composition and properties ofthe sensitive glass film for the electrodes are studied. The water resistance and conductivity would be improvedby adding 2mol% Ta2O5 to the glass system Li2O-La2O3-SiO2. The drift mobility of the potential differencewith time is about 1.5mv/h.The goodness of Nernst response, stability, and reproducibility of the glasselectrodes exist in the range of pH1~9. This kind of electrode has little acid error. The pH and potentialdifference of 25 white rats’ stomach juice are surveyed by such electrodes, which shows that the pH range ofwhite rats stomach juice is within pH2~5. As compared with the measurement values of PB-20 Sartorius AGacidimeter, the statistical figures show that the average deviation of such electrodes is slight, approximate pH±0.2.The pH rang of mortal stomach juice is pH2~3 at normal status. As a result, it is possible that this kind ofelectrodes is utilized for detection of mortal stomach juice.
