一种野生百合根尖染色体C-带分析

【摘要】 利用Giemsa C-带方法对野生百合进行研究。结果表明:野生百合的染色体数目为2n= 2x=24,带型公式为:2n=24=2C+6I+2CI_+6I_++2I~+TI_++6。除E、J和L染色体外,其他染色体上都显示出带纹,且带纹的深浅差异明显。染色体E带随体,染色体L为端部着丝点染色体。通过Giemsa C-带方法可以将野生百合的每条染色体区分开。
【Abstract】 The chromosomes from root tips of a wild lily were analysised by Giemsa C-banding.The result shown that,the karyotype is 2n=2x=24.The C-banding karyotype would be:2n=24=2C+ 6I+2CI_++6I_++2I~+T_++6.And clearly different C-banding points were shown on each chromosome ex- cept chromosome E,J and L.Chromosome E was a SAT-chromosome,and chromosome L of wild lily was acrocentric chromosome.Each chromosome of wild lily can be distinguished by Giemsa C-banding.
