【摘要】 宜兴百合属于卷丹(Lilium lancifolium Thunb.)的变种。对宜兴百合和野生的卷丹根尖染色体进行Giemsa C-带分析,发现这两种百合的C-带带纹极为相似,绝大部分染色体都显示出明显的带纹,其中一对染色体显示出三条较强的带纹,三条染色体在长臂中部具有很强的中间带,三条染色体在着丝点区域有很强的带纹,同时在其长臂的近末端各有一条较弱的带纹。说明Giemsa C-分带带型在同一物种内具有相对稳定性,因此,可以作为鉴别种质资源的一种方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yixing lily was one variety of Lilium lancifolium Thunb.Chromosomes from root tips of this two materials were compared by Giemsa c-banding analysis.The result shown that the karyotypes of this two materials were very resemblant.Clearly bandings were shown in most chromosomes.Three strong points were shown on one couple chromosomes and very strong points were shown on the long arms of three chromosomes.Strong centromeric points and acrocentric points were also shown in three chromosomes.It shown that the C-banding karyotype was considerable stability in one species and could be used to identify germ plasm.更多还原
