【Abstract】 Using the stem of Pistacia as the ex-plant,Study on the effects of different treatment on the induction of axillary bud,the results indicate:The optimal medium of Induced effects is 1/2DKW+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L, Induction success rate is 80%,the length of bud is 1cm,and can reduce the degree of browning.更多还原
