【摘要】 本实验观察了紫牡丹种子的基本特性,同时进行了种子发芽试验,结果表明:500mg/L赤霉素浸泡48h处理过并进行草炭层积处理。并将处理紫牡丹种子进行催根处理,种子生根长于3cm后用200mg/L赤霉素浸泡2h后室温沙藏进行催芽处理。可以加快种子生根的速度和提高生根率以及加快种子出苗的速度提高出苗率,从播种到发芽只需3个多月的时间,比自然条件下显著的缩短了出苗的时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Observation on seed properties of Paeonia delavayi and test on their germination showed that:the rooting speed can be sped up and the rooting ratio can be improved by treating with 500mg/L GA₃ for 48,and the germination speed can be sped up and the germination ratio can be improved by treating with 200mg/L GA₃ for 2 h.It only needs more than 3 months form breeding to germination,by this way,it need less time markedly than in the nature condition.更多还原
