蓝百合体细胞胚胎发生及植株再生的研究
The Study on Smatic Embryogenesis and Plant Regeneration in Agapanthus

【摘要】 以原产南非的‘蓝色大花’蓝百合为研究对象,利用其无菌苗茎基部为外植体接种在MS培养基上,分别添加不同浓度的外源激素诱导愈伤组织,并将其愈伤组织继代培养,产生胚性愈伤组织。将胚性愈伤组织转至成熟胚胎诱导培养基上,从而产生棒状胚状体。在不加激素的1/2MS培养基上胚状体萌发并健壮生长,一个月后可获得再生植株。
【Abstract】 Basal parts of stem selected from Agapanthus praecox ssp.orientalis Big Blue’ which originates from South African were used as the explants cultured on MS medium with different hormones.Some ea]li were observed on the explants and Em- bryogenic calli induced by subculture after two months,were transferred unto mature medium.Club-shaped embryoid s devel- oped within one month.Embryoid was grew healthily on 1/2MS medium without hormones and regeneration of the plantlets could be got after one month.
