风信子生物学特性与种球繁殖研究
Study on Biological Character and Propagation of Hyacinth

【摘要】 在上海气候条件下,对安娜玛丽和海姆之城2个风信子品种进行了生长与开花、种球繁殖与鳞茎分化等研究。结果表明,不同等级的种球长成的植株,生长与开花特征表现出一定的规律性;开花时风信子植株叶片中糖含量较高,打花过后糖含量逐渐下降;两个品种中,安娜玛丽鳞茎产量高,海姆之城鳞茎繁殖系数大;显微观察表明,风信子从5月底开始叶芽分化,到8月上旬花芽分化全部完成。上海地区生产的风信子种球,进行花期调节时,在8月上旬以后就可以种植并进入冷藏室生根,到10月中旬以后冷藏结束,最快在12上中旬左右就可以实现开花,可比荷兰进口种球的开花时间大大提前。研究对国内进行风信子种球繁殖与生产有一定参考意义。
【Abstract】 The two varieties Hyacinth bulb which are Anna Marie and City of Haarlem,were used to study the growth and florescence of plants,bulb reproduction and watch the process of their flower buds differentiation in Shanghai.The result of the study showed that:the character of the growth and florescence of plants which grew up by different grade bulbs of Hyacinth represented a certain regulation.When the Hyacinth plant blooms,the contents of whole soluble sugar and sucrose are at the relatively high level.But when flower took off,the contents of total soluble sugar and sucrose declined relaxedly.Between the two cultivars,the bulb field of Anna Marie is higher than City of Haarlem’s,but the reproduction coefficients of City of Haarlem is the highest.Hyacinth bulb began scale bud differentiation at the end of May and finished in the beginning of August.The bulbs could be used as the materials for flower production chilling as early as mid August and got blooming in early December.
