豇豆的硝酸盐累积规律研究

【摘要】 以11个豇豆品种为研究对象,分别研究了豇豆不同品种的豆荚、叶片;同一品种的荚、叶、茎、根四个不同部位;豆英不同成熟时期以及豇豆在不同种植时期的硝酸盐含量变化规律。结果表明:不同豇豆品种商品荚越大硝酸盐含量越低,反之亦然,叶片越大硝酸盐含量越低,反之亦然,无架豇豆叶片的硝酸盐含量极显著高于有架豇豆;植株生长过程中,硝酸盐逐渐向叶片中转移,到结荚期,叶片中的硝酸盐含量达到最高,高于茎中的硝酸盐含量;根和茎的硝酸盐含量的高低根据豇豆品种的不同而有所不同;豆荚在不同成熟期,以嫩荚的硝酸盐含量较低,而商品成熟期的荚和老荚的硝酸盐含量基本相同。
【Abstract】 This paper studied with 11 varieties of Yardlong Bean (Vigna unquiculata W.sp.sesquipedalis (L.) Verd),and studied with different varieties of yardlong bean of pods,leaves,different parts—pod,leaf,stem,root of the same variety,different maturity periods of pods and yardlong bean cultivation in different periods of nitrate content of the law.The results showed that:In different types of yardlong bean,the bigger the pods,the lower the nitrate content,and vice versa.The greater the leaves,the lower the nitrate content,and vice versa.The nitrate content of no shelving yardlong bean was significantly higher than shelving yardlong bean.When the plant was growing,however,the nitrate gradually shiftted to leaves.At the podding stage,the nitrate content of the leaves was the highest,higher than the nitrate content of the stem.According to different types of the yardlong bean,the nitrate content of roots and stems varied from each other.At different maturity periods of the pods,the nitrate content of young pods was lower,but the nitrate content of commidies maturity pods and old pods was basically the same.
