紫花地丁的耐阴性研究

【摘要】 对紫花地丁作遮阴处理,调查对其生长发育、光合特性等方面的影响,结果显示:紫花地丁能适应70%以下的遮阴,并且表现为叶宽、叶柄长度、株高显著增加,单株覆盖面积增大,花期稍延后,但花量较大且整齐,整体观赏效果较好;紫花地丁是通过增加叶面积、降低根部同化产物积累、增加叶绿素含量、降低叶绿素a/b的值适应弱光环境。遮阴下种子千粒重显著减少,但发芽率、发芽势与对照无明显差异。而遮阴到70%以上叶宽、叶柄长度、株高显著增加,但植株生长较弱,花量小,整体的单株覆盖面积不大,观赏效果欠佳,地上部与地下部的物质积累均明显降低。紫花地丁具有较好的耐阴性,在遮阴70%以下生长发育良好,具有良好的观赏效果。

【Abstract】 The effect of shading treatment on Viols chinensis growth,development,the photosynthesis characteristic were investigated.The results showed that Viola chinensis could adapt to lower than 70% shading.On the condition,the leaves width,the petiole length,and the plant height remarkably increased,the single cover area increasesd,the flowering time slightly delayed,but the flower quantity was more and neat,and the ornamental effect was better.Viols chinensis adapted to low light intensity environment by increasing leaves area,lowering roots assimilation product accumulation,improving chlorophyll contents and lowering the ratio of chlorophyll a to chlorophyll b.Comparint to the control,the weight of a thousand seeds decreased significantly,but the germination percentage and tendency had not obvious difference.When light was shaded more than 70%,the leaves width,the petiole length,and the plant height remarkably increased,by the blade width,the petiole length,a high remarkable increase,but the adult plant growed weakly,the flower quantity was fewer,the cover area of per plant crown was smaller,the ornamental effect was bad, and the material accumulation of overground and underground parts obviously reduces.In a brief,Viols chinensis had better blade-tolerence,it grew and developed better,and had better ornamental effect under 70% light shading.
