营养液酸碱环境对管道水培叶用莴苣生长及品质的影响

【摘要】 试验研究了不同营养液pH值对管道式水培叶用莴苣生长及品质的影响,结果表明:营养液酸碱度对叶用莴苣的植株形态、生物积累量、光合能力、产品品质均有显著影响,在pH4.0~9.0的酸碱度范围内,叶用莴苣均能存活,但综合来看,营养液适宜pH值范围是6.0~7.0。在pH值为6.0时,叶用莴苣的叶片数为9.57片、株高19.93cm、开展度31.00cm、叶面积400.5cm2、冠鲜样质量37.2458g、根鲜样质量5.9862g、单株总鲜样质量43.2320g、单株总干样质量3.3126g、叶片叶绿素含量1.26mg·g-1FM、净光合速率(CO2) 9.60mg·dm-2·h-1、维生素C 152.25mg·kg-1、可溶性糖37.56g·kg-1、硝酸盐189.63mg·kg-1、亚硝酸盐0.08mg·kg-1。在pH值为7.0时,叶用莴苣测指标与pH6.0十分接近。当营养液的pH值超出6.0~7.0这一适宜范围,叶用莴苣的硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量升高,其余各观测指标显著降低。

【Abstract】 The effect of nutrient solution with different pH on lettuce growth in the pile-hydroponics were studied. The results showed that:The affect of nutrient solution with different pH to lettuces’ plant shape,biologic accumulation,photosynthesis and quality were remarkable.Lettuce could survive in the pH 4.0~9.0 bound.But the optimum pH hound was 6.0~7.0.In the solution with pH6.0 the lettuce grown well,the leaf number was 9.57,plant highness was 19.93 cm,plant width was 31.00 cm,per-leaf area was 400.5 cm2,crown fresh weight is 37.245 8 g, root fresh weight is 5.986 2 g,total fresh weight was 43.232 0 g,total dry weight 3.312 6 g,chlorophyll contents was 1.26 mg·g-1FM,net photosynthetic rate (CO2) was 9.60 mg·dm-2·h-1,vitamin C contents was 152.25 mg·kg-1, soluble sugar contents was 37.56 g·kg-1、nitrate contents was 189.63 mg·kg-1,inferior nitrate contents was 0.08 mg·kg-1.When pH was 7.0,the indexes were similar with those of pH 6.0.When the pH was out of 6.0~7.0 bound,the nitrate and inferior nitrate contents would raise and other indexes would decrease.
