BTH对黄瓜叶片胞间隙27kD霜霉病病程相关蛋白的系统诱导
Systemic Induction of Downy Mildew Pathogenesis-related Proteins in Intercellular Fluids in Cucumber Leaves by BTH

【摘要】 本文研究了BTH(苯并噻二唑)处理后黄瓜幼苗叶片胞间隙液中27kD病程相关蛋白的诱导积累。结果表明用BTH处理或霜霉菌接种,均可诱导黄瓜叶片胞间隙液产生分子质量为27kD的新蛋白,且与霜霉病的病程相关。这种蛋白可在未直接进行诱导处理的第2真叶上大量表达,说明此病程相关蛋白可被系统诱导。
【Abstract】 The accumulation of pathogenesis-related proteins against downy mildew in cucumber plants were analyzed using BTH.BTH or inoculation both systemically induced 27 kD pathogenesis-related proteins in intercellular fluids,and the protein was related to resistance of cucumber to downy mildew.The protein was also expressed in intercellular fluids of the second leaves without BTH.The result showed that 27 kD pathogenesis-related proteins was induced systemically in cucumber seedlings.
