【摘要】 以高抗枯萎病4号生理小种的香蕉新品种"粤优抗1号"的未成熟雄花为外植体,探讨了接种日期、培养容器及封口材料类型对愈伤组织诱导的影响,然后以获得的胚性愈伤组织为起始材料通过体细胞胚直接发生途径进行植株再生。结果表明:愈伤组织诱导率及外植体死亡率均因接种日期、培养容器及封口材料类型不同而异,2月底至3月下为最佳接种时期;成功地获得了大量的再生植株。更多还原

【Abstract】 Immature male flowers of a new banana cuitivar,"Yueyoukang 1"(Musa spp.AAA Group),highly resistant to fusarium wilt race 4,Was used as explants for callus induction.The effects of inoculation dates,vessel types and sealing materials on callus induction were tested.Plant regeneraton via somatic embryogenesis was carried out after the embryogenic callus was obtained.The results showed that the induction frequency of embryogenic callus and non-embryogenic meristematic globules varied with inoculation dates,vessel types and sealing materials.Late February to late March was the best time for the induction of embryogenic callus.A lot of regenerated plants were successfully obtained form embryogenic callus via direct somatic embryogenesis.更多还原
