【摘要】 通过组织培养初步建立了不同品种枣的组培苗,在获得感染枣植原体的病组织培养苗和健康组培苗的基础上,无菌条件下开展组培苗间嫁接传病试验。通过不同的嫁接组合接种反应比较,以及用直接和套式多聚酶链式反应检测病原,发现枣对植原体侵染的早期反应会出现过敏性坏死,病菌在植株体内的运转等。丛枝症状的产生和严重程度与植原体浓度的增加呈正相关性,而且反应强度受到品种的抗病性和生理状态、病菌接种浓度、培养基中激素和其他成分的比例及环境条件的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 By tissue culture building up plandets of Ziziphus jujube varieties,the graft transmission of jujube withches’ broom disease caused by phytoplasmas was demonstrated by grafting plantiets with typical symptoms under sterile condition.Such diseased plantlets were obtained from infected and healthy of Ziziphus jujube cultured in vitro. By analyzing and comparing the reaction of different clones to the graft inoculation with phytoplasmas and defecting phytoplasmas by direct and nest-polymerase chain reaction (PCR),it was found that the early reaction of Ziziphus jujube to the infection involved the hypersensitive necrosis staring from the infected site,transportation of pathogen in plant.The intensity of early reaction of Ziziphus jujube were influenced by the resistance of varieties,physiological states,the concentration of inoculated phytoplasmas,hormones and other chemical additions to the medium and the alteration of the environments.更多还原
