紫叶李内源激素变化和抗寒性的关系
The Relationships Between Endogenous Hormone and Cold Resistance of Prunus cerasifera ‘Atropurpurea’

【摘要】 以紫叶李一年生休眠枝条为试验材料,研究了人工冷冻处理条件下细胞内源激素含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量和以及相对电导率变化。结果表明, ABA 含量、IAA 含量在-10~-15℃之间迅速增加,之后随着温度降低呈下降趋势;随处理温度降低,SOD 活性、可溶性蛋白含量呈双峰曲线变化,在-15℃、-30℃达到高峰,可溶性糖含量在处理温度前期逐渐升高,在-30℃达到最大值,之后呈下降趋势;相对电导率呈"S"型曲线上升,结合 Logistic 方程拟合紫叶李低温半致死温度(LT50)为-20.17℃。结合以上结果,表明在细胞膜受到伤害之前,植物体内各种保护系统已经启动提高了组织抗寒性。
【Abstract】 The content changes among the endogenous hormone,the superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)ac- tivities ,the soluble protein and soluble sugar and the relative conductivity under the conditions of different temperature treat- ments,annual dormancy wattles of P.cerasifera ’Atropurpurea’ as the materials.The results showed that the contens of ABA, IAA were increased between -10~~15℃,and then decreased with the temperature decrease.The changes trend of SOD activity and the soluble protein content presented double peak curve,the sngar contents were increased With the freezing tem- perature declined,it was reached the highest content at-30℃.The relative conductivity presented S-curves with the de- creased of temperature.According to the S-cuvres and the Iogistic equation,it could be calculated the semi-lethal temperature (LT50)of P.cerasifera ’Atropurpurea’ was -20.17℃.According to the above results,We could concluded that the protec- tive system of the plants had being started,the cold resistance had increased before the cytoplnsina system destruction.
