盐胁迫对中华金叶榆生理生化的影响

【摘要】 为明确金叶榆的抗盐能力,以2年生金叶榆幼苗为试材,进行不同浓度的盐胁迫。结果表明:随盐浓度的增大,处理的 SOD、POD 酶活性均呈现上升趋势,1%和2%盐处理 POD 的酶活性分别比对照增加19% 和37%;脯氨酸含量比对照升高9.5、21.3倍;相对电导率分别比对照增加了0.5倍、2.5倍。随着时间的延长,2%盐处理的相对电导率在第10d 比第5d 升高了42%,MDA、脯氨酸含量也有类似变化。结合形态观察表明金叶榆在盐胁迫前期受害较重。
【Abstract】 The paper studied the salt-resistant ability of Chinese golden leaf elm.The material was poRed-plant of biennial Chi- nese golden leaf Elm.Some physiological indexes were determined under different density the salt to force.The result indicated that,with salinity increasing,these indexes of the activity of SOD and POD had an ascending tendency.The POD activity dealted with 1% and 2% salty stress separately increases 19% compared to the comparison and 37% ;The profine content ele- vates 9.5,21.3times compared to the comparison;The relative conductivity separately increased 0.5 time,2.5 times com- pared to the comparison.Along with time lengthening,2% salty stress relative,conductivity elevated 42% in 10d compared to 5d,MDA,the preline content also had the similar change.The union shape observation indicated the Chinese gold leaf elm forces the earlier period in the salt to suffer injury seriously.
